Welcome to EU Auto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any associated content provided by EU Auto. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services

EU Auto offers diagnostic, repair, performance upgrade, and maintenance services for a range of prestige European vehicles. Services may be delivered at our workshop or through approved third-party partners where required.

 

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

 

3. Quotes & Payments

  • Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen factors.

  • All invoices must be paid in full upon vehicle collection unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.

 

4. Warranty & Liability

  • We stand behind our workmanship with a 12-month/20,000 km warranty on parts and labour (whichever comes first), unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranties do not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

  • EU Auto is not liable for loss or damage resulting from delays, third-party failures, or factors beyond our control.

 

5. Vehicle Storage & Collection

  • Vehicles left at our premises must be collected within 3 business days of service completion unless arranged otherwise.

  • Storage fees may apply after this period.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.

 

6. Modifications & Performance Upgrades

  • Certain modifications may affect your vehicle’s roadworthiness, emissions compliance, or manufacturer warranty.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any upgrades comply with local laws and insurance policies.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and copy, is the property of EU Auto or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

 

8. Privacy
